1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") developed by Modern Media Apps ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Krystian Rosiński, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Apps
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Apps without express written permission

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, audio, and code — are owned by Modern Media Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Apps at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Modern Media Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
